FULL FAT AUDIO
Full Fat Audio design and manufacture high performance audio power amplifiers for professional audio.
Our factory and design centre is in Hertfordshire, England. Here our innovative amplifier designs are assembled and tested. We specify quality components for the construction of our amplifiers and procure these from specialist suppliers in the UK whom manufacture our custom designed components for us.
FFA is an independent company and we launched our business in 2003. Our amplifiers are used at many popular live music festivals every year and can be found permanently installed in established nightclubs, Theatres and music venues in England and Europe and beyond.
XTA
Installation audio processing becomes a whole lot easier with introduction of the XTA DC1048. Working in conjunction with both iCore and AudioCore, it's easy to program the unit the way you want, and then unplug the computer, safe in the knowledge the settings cant's be changed, and even if they are, setting up timed presets ensures they'll be back as they should be by the next morning! Units may be networked via RS485 and are compatible with the wireless Walkabout system.
FORMULA SOUND
Initially, Formula Sound produced custom built systems and one-off specials for a wide range of clients, but it soon became clear that there was a requirement for professional studio or broadcast quality sound equipment within the leisure arena.
Today, Formula Sound has offices in London and a manufacturing facility in Oldham and is a leading designer and manufacturer of analogue mixing desks for live sound, permanent installation, DJs, broadcast and recording studios. The company prides itself on the quality of it’s products and the ongoing service it provides to customers.
We produce a wide range of mixer and audio processing circuitry which maintain traditional pro-audio build quality and values. Many of our products are not available from any other manufacturer and their unique range of volume & noise level controllers are considered to be real problem solvers.
We don’t batch test our products – each and every one is individually assembled and tested here in the UK. Equally, high quality connectors and faders, along with traditional through-hole circuit board designs, make our products sound great and stay extremely reliable and easily serviceable.
All Formula Sound products continue to be fully designed and built in the UK and, in addition to the ‘off the shelf’ range of products, we offer a bespoke audio equipment design and build option and an after sales service that is second to none.
